Kidnapped vs. Slavery

The definition of Kidnapping - In criminal law, kidnapping is the unlawful carrying away and confinement of a person against his or her will.  Thus it is a composite crime.  It can also be defined as false imprisonment by means of abduction, both of which are separate crimes that when committed simultaneously upon the same person merge as the single crime of kidnapping.  The asportation/abduction element is typically buy not necessarily conducted by means of force or fear.  

Asportation - The detachment, movement or carrying away of property, considered an essential componet of the crime of larceny.

The definition of Slavery - Slavery the condition of a slave; bondage.  The condition in which one person is owned as property by another and is under the owner's control.  Slavery is any system in which principles of property law are applied to people, allowing individuals to own, buy and sell other individuals, as a de jure form of property.  A slave is unable to withdraw unilaterally from such arrangement and works without remuneration.  Scholars also use the more generic terms such as free labor or forced labor to refer to such situations.  Rather than human trafficking, like slavery in the past, is a way of demoralizing the conquered.

In the case of the Indigenous people in America; the Moors, is identifying with the definition of Slavery completely removing the ramifications of the Law concerning the the acts of Kidnapping?  Does the association of the term Slavery remove the fight of being compensated for criminal acts against a Nation being kidnapped against their own free will?  

We have to change the way we perceive a situation and the situation will change.  Knowing the Law can help expose the atrocities of a history that is being swept under the rug under a false pretense and title.  Just a little food for thought.

Protect The Children -

Contrary to popular belief there is a WAR going on over the well-being of our children.  It’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that an intervention must occur before we witness unbelievable calamities in America.

There MUST be a REVENGE of JUSTICE on behalf of our younger and future generations.  We must let them know we will no longer stand by and witness and condone Pedophilia, Child Pornography, Child Prostitution, Child Abuse, Child Neglect, or Child Trafficking.  I STAND AGAINST all these ACTIONS!  I’m DEMANDING the arrest and dismantling of any system, business, organization, non profit, and or mindset of any Establishment to be EXPOSED, condemned, and apprehended.    

We have to use our voices to be heard and cry aloud to the living God to handle this matter swiftly and appropriately.  To the Children scattered abroad I pray a hedge of protection around you.  From the top of your head to the tip of your toes.  I pray if any conduct that is ill mannered be EXPOSED, and handled swiftly on all spiritual and physical realms, and by the court of law.

It is the responsibility of the Elders and the Adults to make sure the children of our future are safe, loved, and protected.  WHO RAISED these people to think and do otherwise?  Let this message penetrate to your soul that you too will research what is going on, and then take action by writing a post, sharing a tweet, and or creating a meme to EXPOSE the atrocities plaguing the very fabric of our Country, specifically the children and the original Family structure.  We must get in tuned and begin to be an agent of CHANGE and a voice of reason.

I AM TRAYVON MARTIN

I AM Trayvon Martin

On February 26, 2012 Trayvon Martin was returning to his father's home in a gated community from a local convenience store.  He had a can of ice tea and a pack of skittles.  Unknowing to Trayvon he was being stalked by a self-appointed neighborhood watchman named George Zimmerman.  This Twenty-Eight year old zealous robo-cop was armed with a 9mm and a premeditated thought of killing a young black male.   Stero-typed by Zimmerman as being suspicious because he was wearing a hoodie, sweat pants and white tennis shoes.  I claim and point out premeditation because Zimmerman’s taped comments to the 911 representative states and I quote, “The assholes always get away” and later in the call he says, “Fucking coons” under his breath.   Racially profiled, and motivated by rage with intent to kill.  George Zimmerman took the law into his own hands and breached the Neighborhood Watch Guidelines and the Stand Your Ground Law.

Sanford Police Department conducted six brief eye witness reports the night of the killing, but failed to follow up with Mary Cutcher who placed numerous phone calls to the Police Department disputing the Self Defense allegations.  Ms. Cutcher stated in the eye witness news interview, “I know it wasn’t Self Defense!”  Smells like a COVER UP!  Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee has been asked to step down from his position for not conducting an adequate investigation, never arresting Zimmerman or testing him for drugs, but most importantly for closing the case.  The act of foul play on the part of the Sanford Police Department is enough evidence to charge a wrongful death suit against the Police Department, the city of Sanford, and George Zimmerman.

How long will we continue to sit back and let un-justices happen against our younger generations?    Trayvon Martin was murdered and he cried for help and no one came to his rescue.  In a community of on-lookers where was the JUSTICE?  Where were the neighborhood watch members to STOP Zimmerman’s rage?  So many un-answered questions, but so many facts pertaining to the case shows Zimmerman breached his privilege to stand behind the “Stand Your Ground Law” in Florida.  He’s actions and the fact he has yet to be arrested during a National outcry for justice shows an alliance with the Sanford Police Department. 

Enough is enough!  It’s time to take a STAND!  The time is NOW to make a difference.  How many months are we going to Facebook, Twitter, and email I AM such and such?  When will we realize it is our lack of UNITY that leads us to these protest demanding JUSTICE.  Collectively we can change this society, but we have to want to change it.  Collectively we can establish our own law enforcement, peace officers, banks, schools, stores, and operate in our true status and identity.
